An exhibition manager places booths on the venue floor plan and assigns them to exhibitors, each with a profile, a booth number and the staff who will run it.
Exhibitors fill in their own details and staff list through a link, without the manager re-typing anything. Their staff get scoped access for lead scanning only.
During the show, every badge scan at a booth becomes a lead attributed to that exhibitor. Attendees see the exhibitor list and floor plan in their app and can bookmark the stands they want to visit.
Afterwards each exhibitor downloads their leads, and the manager sees which parts of the floor drew the most visits for next year’s layout.
