An organiser starts from a template or a blank event and gives it a name, dates, a venue and a description. Then they build the programme: sessions grouped into tracks, each with a time slot, a room and a speaker.
As sessions are added, the platform checks the whole programme for two sessions in the same room at the same time, or one speaker due on two stages at once, and names both sessions in a plain sentence so the clash is fixed before the programme goes out.
The programme becomes the backbone for everything else: registration offers sessions to choose from, check-in tracks who attended which session, the attendee app builds personal schedules from it, and the analytics report attendance against it.
Changes made later flow through to every attendee’s schedule, with a notification when a room or time changes.
