Map your venue and manage room capacity

Every in-person event lives or dies on the room. EventfullyManaged lets an organizer model the venue once — its capacity, location, amenities, and a floor plan — and then plan against it.

Sessions are assigned to rooms, each with a recorded capacity, so the organizer can see ahead of time which sessions are oversubscribed and move them to a bigger room or schedule a repeat. Automatic capacity enforcement — closing registration or opening a waitlist when a session fills — is on the roadmap.

It turns the day-of scramble — "this room is packed and that one is empty" — into a planning decision made calmly in advance.
