All of them: weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries and reunions, corporate kickoffs, offsites and launches, conferences, workshops and trade shows, festivals, fundraisers, community and faith gatherings, and online events. Physical, digital and hybrid are all supported, from ten guests to tens of thousands. Small events stay simple; large events reveal more depth.

Each event is split into workstreams with milestones, targets, checklists, owners and due dates. Internal teams, family co-hosts, agencies and vendors each see and update their own part, dependencies are explicit, and the platform warns the right person before a milestone slips.

Any tablet can become an EventfullyManaged kiosk. Anyone at the venue can give feedback, answer a survey, share how they feel, fill in a form or check in without a username or password. Guests can optionally identify themselves with a QR code, an NFC badge or a consented biometric match, which saves their answers to their own record for that event without giving the access of a full sign-in. Each kiosk is mapped to the person responsible for it.

Only if the organiser offers it and the guest opts in. Mood check-ins are self-reported by default. Camera mood reading and biometric matching are opt-in, minimised and tied to the customer’s contract and local law, and they are never needed to take part. At workplace and education events, mood is self-reported only.

Households RSVP for the whole family in a minute, or attendees register and get a QR confirmation instantly. On the day they get a personal plan — schedule, seat, sessions, people to meet — in an installable app with no app-store download. Afterwards, recordings, photos, certificates and contacts go into a personal history of every event they attended.

Yes. Access is scoped by role — organisers, staff, volunteers, vendors, co-hosts and kiosks each get exactly the permissions they need and nothing more, and every action is attributable.

You do. Guests’ data stays the organiser’s to protect and the guest’s to control. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and the list of subprocessors we use.
