A producer running a hybrid summit has two audiences: the people in the hall and the people watching from home. In EventfullyManaged they are one audience on one programme.
Each session is marked as in-person, online or both. Online and hybrid sessions are produced and streamed through HookMovies, the Burdenoff product for video production and streaming, so the producer does not stitch a separate streaming tool onto the agenda. Online attendees register through the same flow and see the same personal schedule, with a join link instead of a room number.
Questions and feedback from both audiences land on the same session. Attendance counts people in the room and online together, so the organiser sees one picture of each session’s reach.
After the event, recordings are attached to each session and appear in every registered attendee’s event history, so the content keeps working long after the doors close.
