A company kickoff pulls in half the organisation. The event lead creates it from the corporate template and assigns workstreams: internal comms owns the programme and speakers, HR owns travel and rooming, IT owns the hybrid stream for remote staff, finance owns the budget and the agency owns production.
Each workstream has milestones and targets — speaker decks due, travel booked, run-through done — and the platform shows the event lead what is late before anyone asks. Approvals for spend and for the final programme are recorded on the event.
Registration is restricted to the company’s own domain, so only employees can register, and each employee sees their own sessions, travel details and table on the day. Remote staff join the same sessions through the livestream.
At the end of each session, kiosks and the attendee app collect quick feedback, and the post-event report shows attendance, engagement and what people said — ready for the leadership review.
