Plan a wedding with the family and every vendor on one plan

A wedding is several events wearing one name. A planner sets up the wedding as one event with sub-events for each function, each with its own venue, time, guest list and run-of-show.

The couple and a few relatives join as co-hosts with limited access, so they can update the guest list and approve choices without seeing the planner’s vendor margins. The caterer, the decorator, the photographer and the sound team each own a workstream with milestones — menu tasting, final headcount, décor sign-off, shot list — and the platform reminds the right person before a date slips.

Guests are organised by household, so one invitation covers a whole family and one RSVP answers for everyone, function by function, with dietary choices captured on the way. On the day, staff check guests in by QR, and a kiosk by the exit collects wishes and feedback without anyone logging in.

Afterwards the photos and the livestream recording go to every guest’s personal event history, and the planner keeps the whole plan as a template for the next wedding.
