A large venue might run twenty kiosks: check-in at the entrances, feedback at each hall, lead forms at sponsor booths, a guestbook by the stage. Each one is registered to the event and placed on the venue map.
Every kiosk has an owner — the person responsible for it on the day — and a purpose: which forms, surveys, mood check-ins or check-in flows it shows, for which sessions or zones. Changing a kiosk’s purpose takes effect on the device without re-installing anything.
Guest identifiers — ticket QR codes, NFC badge IDs and, where consented, biometric templates — are mapped to guest records so a kiosk answer reaches the right person when they choose to identify themselves.
The owner sees their kiosks’ status and results; the organiser sees every kiosk at once, and can lock or wipe a kiosk instantly if a device goes missing.
