Attendees navigate events from their phone, so the planned EventfullyManaged experience is an installable PWA — no app-store gatekeeping, no download friction.
Each attendee gets their personal schedule built from the sessions they signed up for, an interactive venue map to find the next room, push notifications for room changes and "your session starts in 10 minutes," and a digital badge for networking. It works offline once loaded, because conference Wi-Fi is a known hazard.
The phone becomes the attendee's remote control for the event — and a direct channel for the organizer to reach them.
Roadmap scenario: the attendee PWA described here is not implemented in production today.
