An event involves many people who should not all see everything. A workspace administrator assigns roles: organisers manage the event, check-in staff scan guests, volunteers see their shifts, vendors see their tasks, co-hosts approve choices and kiosks show only what they are set up to collect.
Roles can be scoped to one event or the whole workspace, and access ends when the event does for people who only needed it for the day.
Every action is attributed to the person — or kiosk, or AI client — that took it, so the team can see who changed the programme or exported a list.
Permissions come from the Burdenoff platform, the same model that protects every Burdenoff product.
